#reflectiveteacher – 9/7 – Who is your most inspirational colleague?

Reflective Teacher Blog Challenge

Note: I am participating in a 30-day blog challenge as part of Reflective Teacher Month at Teach Thought. I am looking forward to learning more about myself, my pedagogy and my colleagues.

Day 7 Prompt: Who was or is your most inspirational colleague, and why?

This is a tough one. I can think of several influential and inspirational colleagues who have helped me become the teacher that I am today, including Mitzi Edge, Cindy Buss, Demetria McKinney, Mike Sutton, and Louis Stewart. They all exemplify teachers who care, who bring their best every day, and who have served as mentors during my journey at Del Crest Middle School.

I can’t say that any one of them was the “most” inspirational because they all inspired me in different ways.

Thank you!
